Hollyhock Summer Carnival Mixed Colors
C$3.79Price
An old-fashioned favorite featuring impressive clusters of fully double blooms of red, pink, rose, yellow and white on tall stems. Great for background or fence plantings. Blooms the first year from seed.
Sow directly outdoors in spring after the last frost. Scatter seed over loose, fertile, well-drained soil. Rake area to bury seed ¼ inch deep. Keep seedbed moist while waiting germination. Thin plants as they grow to avoid crowding. Pull weeds as they appear. For longer lasting bouquets, cut flowers early in the morning when blossoms first open. Use a clean, sharp scissors to cut the stems. Put into fresh water immediately.
