Thai basil is fragrant, pretty, and full of personality. It has a sweet, slightly spicy flavour with hints of anise, making it perfect for curries, stir-fries, noodle dishes, soups, and fresh herb toppings.
Basic growing instructions:
Plant in full sun to partial sun. Space 10 to 12 inches apart. Pinch the tops often to keep it bushy. Remove flowers if you want more leaves. Water regularly but avoid soggy soil.
